Very congested and poorly stocked. Essential items are available only rarely. Stocking is done only once a month. Needs improvement. No self service. You have to note down the item code and get billed. You have to ensure or double-check if all items have been received. It is time consuming. You cannot park your vehicle anywhere near. No improvement in a decade and not customer friendly.

CSD canteen. You can get groceries, things needed for day to day life. Could’ve been better in terms of shopping experience. When compared to CSD canteen of Calicut, this is nothing.

The Manager of CSD has been helpful. How ever there is an inordinate delay in dispensing the goods due to staff constraints. Overall well managed with a small team .
