Been using the facility on my semiannual vacations to calicut. What strikes one most is the courteous and professional staff. I have noticed the gym getting very popular over time and would recommend the management to consider expanding the space and work on updating the equipments on a periodic basis.
I would highly recommend this fitness club.

Good ambience to workout.
Have cold shower after workout is the best.
But,
Trainers do not watch out for the people working out all the time even though there are a lot of trainers.

One of the best well equipped gym in Kozhikode
Got Well equipped and well trained professional trainers. Personally I would suggest Premium Personal Trainer Upesh Krishna. One of the best trainers I have met so far, well trained and well qualified and a person who helps u to accomplish ur goals.
