Worst CCD I have ever been to. It's not well maintained. The service was poor. It takes ages to get your order. The ac was not working. The food was horrible. Insects spotted on the table. The only relief was the cappuccino. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Cafe Coffee Day alias CCD as many know it, holds a very special place in my heart as start-up entrepreneur. This place and the team has been our home, family, office space, breakthrough room, meeting hall, hang out place and a whole lot more. With some of the best bites and drinks, hand-picked song through CCD radio and decent decor and washroom is a go to place all the time when in doubt. Thank you Team CCD for opening your doors to a whole lot of who once had no other place to go to but CCD!! And guys... it is indeed true ‘That a LOT can happen over a cup of COFFEE’!!

The place like many others mentioned is a little over priced for the quality of food you get, many other restaurants have similar items and better atmosphere.The ambience is not great.

When we placed our order the lady cashier very conveniently did not give us our receipt and told us she would bring in the balance/change to our table ( which she never did ). We didn't ask for it since we intended to leave a tip, but now we are unsure whether our server got it or the lady cashier kept it for herself.
