Staff at this medical store are really rude and use a shouty tone when speaking to you.They also just chat with their colleague instead of helping you. When you state who your medicine is for they don’t understand your name and keep asking you to repeat it. Then you write it down on paper and they they go back to chatting with their colleagues again.
It’s the bad experience felt when my mom went to get a medicine in an emergency situation so please do not encourage this kind of attitude from medical staffs.
