I was on Holidays in Kollam. I went to this place to change some Stirling pounds to Rupees with my passport and visa details after 15 minutes the lady at the counter was asking for my passport number. Clearly she took a copy. Then whilst holding the copy of my visa she was asking me if I have a visa. I myself was embarrassed that she didn’t have the basic knowledge how to deal with customers. How can the manager allow such stupidity and wasting customers time. It was so irritating to watch her taking her time flipping pages. I then went to Jerome nagar and completed the transaction within few minutes. Really POOR SERVICE from UNIMONI. please don’t waste your time here ????
