A very worst customer service ????u200d????. I took a shirt worth Rs. 1999. The cashier asked me whether i need a carry bag or not. I said no. He took the payment and gave the shirt to me without even covering it with a bit of paper. I carried it like that to my car through the security gate and everyone was looking at me.
I never had such experience from even a grocery shop. Even if you buy a packet of fresh milk worth IRs. 40/- from the supreme super market, they put it in a brown paper packet and give it to everyone.

This is really the worst customer service ????u200d???? that I had in my 55 years of age. I am a regular customer of reliance, but this time is a horrible experience. I will not prefer to go there anymore.
I made mistake, i must have gone to Alukas.
Sorry will never repeat this mistake
