The best service I ever had from any banks, The manager Ms. Kanjana Mam is really an asset for this branch always very help full and very positive aproach towards their clients.

Bank location is easily reachable. Nearest bus stop is Ramankulangara. A good space for parking two wheelers and cars. Nearest Bank ATM and CDM is available. But in some time the CDM is not working properly. A lot of senior citizens are depend this bank for pension purpose. Any time we saw a long que in the front of bank. Service is not so good. Two counters for cash deposit and withdrawal, but most of the time one counter is running, another one is empty. A lot of senior citizen are struggling for withdraw cash from their account.

From an SBI Branch usually we get not that good response during any queries, but SBI anandavalleswaram branch is totally opposite and, no matter whatever queries I did so far they were so quick and filled me the informations that I needed. I really appreciate the team and specially the Manager.
