Worst dental orthodontic treatment experienced. I started my orthodontic treatment in 2018 and now it's 2022 still not completed due to the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of Dr Jose. They told me I have a simple issue and will require only one and half years of treatment and now it's been four years. following are the issues I faced:
The doctor does not come on time which leads to hours of waiting time.they do not give value for our time. The doctor keep the equipments used for treatment on the body of the patients which is very unprofessional. Each and every time he does the wrong procedure and he repeats it again with lot of pressure which will cause pain and not too good for our teeth and gum. Badmouthing and passing unnecessary comments of other patients in front the patient. They had not tiold us the cost of the treatment.. When asked they told it will vary according to the wires used and something like that... When i asked to other patients they told they are given a fixed amount but they have not provided the rate to us.. In short the doctor does not know how to do orth odontic treatment. Not experienced. They does not give value for our time and money there has been instances where i had to wait for 4-5hours to consult the doctor... Please don't go there for orthodontic treatment... Now i discontinued the treatment and seeking treatment in an another clinic..

Very bad experience I ever had. I started my treatment in 2017.They started tighting my bracket after 1 year.some time i go to this hospital.. Dr Jose Nelson says that he had to diagnose many more patients today.. ur treatment will take more time..so u can go today and come next week.. Then i call them the next week then the receptionist Jaya will say that Dr have gone to college..I will inform the date....I waited for even months.They never called me.This happened many time.Meanwhike they tried me with a head band..but the joke is that they never took my Xray and the made a headband for me(additional charges).It actually did not worked on me.My condition become worse sometimes the braces made my mouth sceptic.finally this injustice continued till2022.Finally..i went to another hospital and completed my treatment.I lost around 22000 rupees.This is a 100 percent genuine review .please dont go there.Their approach depends upon the money and power.Please dont go there. I had seen some people came and quarrelling with them for these type of reasons.Dont go there for aesthetic orthodontic treatments.if u have small problems like tooth ache or root canal related problem u can go there
