I'm wholeheartedly satisfied with the services provided by Santamonica, kollam especially my counselor Dincy, Abhirami who completed my admission procedures and Akhila from eklm who was always with me in my visa documentation and processing. I was never once stressed about the whole processing and I'm glad to share that I got my visa approval on March 07, one month after filing. lemme share my genuine experience....mine was combined file...My visa advisor was Ambily ma'am from Kochi dept. She was good with her work. Cleared my all doubts through calls & mails. But my advise is do our own research about our profile and be update...how easy the files goes on depends on the visa advisor we get
