Very bad customer treatment. One salesman, a moron treated us very shamefully infront of other shop visitors and other people. He says these guys are come here only for asking a product price, when I asked about BOSCH washing machine. I purchased Samsung LED TV one year ago. That time I got a very good customer satisfaction. Never go there again in my life time.
NB: The same day I bought the bosch washing machine ₹1900 lesser price from an another shop next to them.

Great place to purchase home appliances... Good care for customers... May be the store can add a facility to provide drinks for the incoming customers during hot scroching heated Summers....

Once they make the sale, they do not care what happens next. Salesmen switch off their phones and give alternate numbers who also cannot help. The main number is always busy and they do not call you back. Pathetic service. Made a mistake by buying from this place.
