The Kollam KSRTC bus stand is one of the busiest bus stands in Kerala. However, it is also one of the most poorly maintained bus stands in the state. The bus stand is dirty and littered, and the facilities are outdated and inadequate.
IF YOU WAIT 10 MINUTES AT THERE YOU GET ATLEAST 100 BITES OF MOSQUITO ????......
There are no proper seating arrangements for passengers, and the waiting area is cramped and uncomfortable. The toilets are dirty and smelly, and there are no drinking water facilities. The bus stand is also poorly lit, which makes it unsafe at night

Plastic and waste dumping carelessly, no good roads, floor, parking areas, also the lake and Water way starting Boat jetty is very bad, all waste of the town dumping to this water. Not safe our health.

There you will have a wonderful lake view. The overall experience is average with the depressing condition of the building and lack of proper maintenance. The staff, though responsible, and while the scenery is impressive, it falls short in maintaining the facility to match its rating. Improvement of maintenance is necessary to enhance the overall attractiveness of this bus stand.
