Read many posItive feedback and visited the place. First of all the waiting is exuberant and no tele token. They promote the OP app for booking paid appointment. But on arriving with a conformed timeslot, I had to wait for the regular token, based on my arrival time . Not the one mentioned in token.
Coming to the Doctor, he was unable to diagnose my issue and gave medicines for 10 days still no change. On checking if my ear issue is due to the airpods, he said no. But on using airpods my ear issue got worse.
On mentioning the same.Dr Sunil it's my imagination.And never learnt anything like that. Such unprofessional behaviour. Arrogance to patients who seek his help and treatment. Looter.
No idea why this place has such great rating. Neither the service, nor the staff or even the diagnostic was favourable for me. Medicines are expensive with no discount as well.
Not enough parking and ride nursing staff.

No matter what the issue is no doctor has the right to be this arrogant and no nurse could the this unprofessional. Pity the front desk staff. They are helpless.
Truly wish if Google has better reviewers associated.
Update: got the right diagnostic from a different clinic and issue getting better.

Response to reply: NOT SO EXPECTED ANSWER SUNIL. How come there is no justification for the 70% points here.
Seems like the doctor SUNIL didnt learn manners and behaviour from any university. Sadly thats not easy to learn.

Doctor SUNIL, you have given the diagnostics, you feel insecure that people might think you are just a Google Doctor? And this is what you do not just for me, but for anyone who gives low rating.
Your university may not have taught you Rule 7.14. Who gave you permission to ?

The doctor didnt learn google reviews as part of curriculum. So not criticising there.

Well forgot to mention the part where this doctor from "university" mentioned he has not learnt some aspects. What a best way for an ENT to respond to a patient on treatment. And for diagnostics, its not Sunil's finding anyway.
Prior reports were given for his consumption.

Thanks for addressing every aspect of the review. Like lack of service, strive for money, un professional staff, arrogance, looting, inhuman treatment to all the patients who are polite and are help seekers.

When parking was denied by security stating that it "might" block the way of doctor car and nobody knows his mood, so he cant risk it. Shows the attitude of Mr Dr. Sunil.

Silver lining: Appreciate the enthusiasm in front desk staff to call and check a patient leaving without taking the tests. Put that in the right places and you can actually be in a path to be a good human In case you want to. Doctor Sunil - Made in University not in Google

One of the best ENT specialty hospital in Kollam. Hospital is in the heart of the city and well maintained parking facilities available for the patients. Well experienced staffs and nurses are the key elements of this hospital, they care for our parent’s illness.From my experience Dr. Sunil one of the best doctor I’ve seen. His attitude towards patients and there relatives is extraordinary. As it says “The best doctor gives the least medicines” , I hate medicines personally .
Health is our wealth, if you are really taking care of your health it is the best option in Kollam
