I'm Yamini. I'm proudly suggesting the courses offered by IC park. As part of KHO fitness trainers training course I could attend Sibu Sir's classes. I've never completed a course like this before and I cannot express how great the instructor was and the overall content of the material. I would defintely recommend this to my co-workers as well as friends. I will be looking into taking more of these classes in the near future. Thank you.

My name is summaya from kannur.I recently took a Level V - Advanced fitness Management and personal trainer certified course at ic park under Sibu sir and found it to be very helpful. I am a beauty advisor and i got to know about this institute and future of this field through my fitness trainer Mr.vivek kanur(former ICP student). so i came to join this institute. I learned a lot about how to properly use gym equipment and how to safely training our clients and also gym management. I studied there on a hostel through that i got good practice section and more training The instructor Sibu sir was very knowledgeable and he clear all my doubts and questions that I had. After finish this course I got placement at oman under the formel stuent of sibu sir.,I would highly recommend this institute to everyone.overall my heartfelt gratitude for the guidance and support he gave throughout my journey. i am very gratefull to sibu sir making me a Good trainer.

Classic gym: Their classic gym is congested. Machines are placed really close together. Also, the atmosphere is really dark.

Premium gym: I visited the gym to know the experience. Despite being the "so called" premium, there was no trial. They asked me to pay 300 if I wanted to take the trial. The female trainer I met was really rude. The atmosphere was not encouraging for me to even do workout a day. I will never go near this gym in my life.

People don't just go to gym for body building. It's a place for relaxation as well. Hire well mannered trainers and staff, that is the least any institution can do.
