The place has good views. The restaurant staff is hospitable and responsible.
The dining area has good seating arrangements. The front of dining area has garden equipments like slides, see-saw, swings, and climbers for young adults while you visit the hotels.
A five star is possible when. the front office staff improves its promptness of services
2. when the general reception of a customer is welcomed with pleasant smile and offers water to drink.

Very comfortable, large room (number 303) with very good twin beds. Room also included 2 chairs and low table + working-level desk with laptop socket and light above. Good, very clean bathroom and hot shower. Good A/C and fan - had a very good night's sleep.
Tried their large veg-only restaurant attached to the main building but we found this very disappointing. We were well-used to south Indian veggie meals by now but their selection was not to our liking at all - but, in fairness, the restaurant was full of Indian families who seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their meals. None of the restaurant staff spoke English.

A good vegetarian restaurant that has been serving the people of Quilon for almost 20 years. Most of our family members suggest this hotel for a vegetarian meal, a coffee or snack. It will be crowded at peak times especially at night time as tourists visiting the beach will not leave without taking a snack/drink from this hotel.
