Went here to place an order for Momento.The person in the front office, I think his name is Anoop, behaved with complete contempt. It might be because it was a single piece. Seeing his attitude, I thought that he would have to go to Adobe's lab and buy Photoshop and Illustrator and light room for this one piece.

He said scornfully that he would give it at 3 o'clock the next day.When I went to buy Momento,I realized that they didn't even start the prework of it.

In the end, they got it ready in 45 minutes.The wok was all good.

But give training to people like Anoop on how to deal with customers.

Very poor service
I was there to print a photo collage
the design had some issues like some blank spaces and black lines which they could have easily covered
the print quality is ok but there is some black dots
and the image was in a bit reduced length
we asked for a white border and even that wasn't considered
