Bought a school bag for my son studying in grade 3, the bag was torn first day in use, went back to the store and reported on this, they did some stitching on the bag and told us cannot be replaced since it was on a Sale, when we bought the bag this was the only type of bag available and no other bags were there as an alternative for junior class kids, plus the sales person assured us on the quality of the bag and so we did believe since it is Bata.
Today my kid came back from school and the bag is completely torn and just 02 weeks only completed in school.
So my humble request to Bata is we shop from your store trusting the product quality you provide, hence so even any product you have on Sale (INR 1499 paid after discount) make sure it is of good quality.
The day when I reported this issue to the store there were also other customers complaining about the quality of the same bag.

You will not get what you want.Need to update stock. But properly arranged.Neat and clean shop with average service.No parking area.

Bata showroom in mainroad, Kollam is one of the oldest showrooms. It is still located at the same place. Had been visiting this showroom as a child. Grew up in Bata footwears. Whether casual, formal or school shoes, it was always Bata. Never thought of any other brands, though the designs were limited.Even now when I think of buying a new pair, I check with the Bata showroom first.
