Nice experience

Pros:

1. Rooms and Toilet spacious and alright for the price.
2. Managers and Restaurant staff nice
3. Great food @ not very expensive prices
4. Nice roof top restaurant
5. Nice breakfast
6. Hotel had nice bar and Ayurvedic spa

Cons:

1. Need to work on welcoming guests, no welcome drinks provided
2. Not much activities inside the property for kids with limited space.
3. Rooms had dull lighting with no views
4. Night DJ Parties disturb sleep till mid night

Overall

Nice stay at this price range and this resort is meant for people who specifically need Ayurveda treatments and Bar facilities.

Chose this place for my family dinner outing. I was looking for a place where they would serve liquor at the same time accommodate family as well in their restaurant. Their restaurant at ground floor didn't serve alcoholic beverages, but they have a place at the roof top where they serve Arabic cuisine and alcoholic beverages as well. The ambience was good, especially the day we visited had very clear and starry sky and it was really nice experience. The service was top notch. Our server was a new guy there, he took care of us very well. The Arabic food served was also tasty. Overall experience was good, except for that at some areas of the floor had water puddles, may be from watering the plants there. One of my kids slipped and fell, but not hurt. Since the light was very dull, which was good for the ambience, but was not great for noticing the water puddles. Request the hotel management to do the needful. Hopefully my next visit with my family would be even more great experience. Also, please consider adding more cuisine options in addition to the Arabic cuisine, so we have various options to try out each time we visit.

Reached the hotel at around 5 pm. Check-in was a bit delayed. Took 3 bedroom apartment which was good enough for us. No particular view from the balcony. The toilets and rooms were clean.

We had ordered a few dishes from both restaurants and they were just ok. The grilled fish had some odd smell, so we returned it. The breakfast buffet was just ok, not too many choices.

Appreciate reception as well as housekeeping staff. Thanks.
