Doctors are the Best but the reception staff are very rude to the patients. The don't know how to behave. The reputation of the clinic will go down if these staff behave like this.

The best clinic so far in kollam ,Dr biji explains the problem in detail so that everyone can understand the issue .
For me it's the best clinic so far and the staffs was also good with me ,ignore the negative comments about the staff and reception it's all about the doctor and the results.

Very bad experience from the staff in the hospital. I went to the hospital directly to make the appointment and they told me to come at 5 p.m. and I met the doctor as the last patient on that day at almost 8.30 pm it's very bad that the staff didn't give any value to the patient time or their difficulties it's better to replace them for the goodwill of hospital. I think you have much better options than this hospital in Kollam city, especially because of the behaviour of the staff. better to go to other hospitals than here.
