Tried their Shawai, tbh it was just average. I expected much better quality from real Arabia since they are one of the oldest resto chains. They do not serve quarter shawai. Half portion is charged around 290₹, quantity wise it is worth. The service was really good, totally satisfied with it. Another point to be noted is the mayonnaise they served me. It was not mayonnaise, I felt more of garlic paste and lot of garlic pieces was there which didn't grind well.

The food was absolutely bad , the chicken felt like some other meat. The customer service was again extremely appalling and the plates smelled really bad. Don't waste your hard earned money going there.

Used to be a very good restaurant but now very bad service. No menu card was available. Lot of staff roaming around but no use. Food not up to mark. Usually after food bill will be submitted on the table. But no one was there. I went to counter and paid. No bill was given. In addition the little hindiwala waiter behaves very badly as if you are having food at his expense. While I was having food some other customers was also complaining about the delay and was having a rough conversation with him. As i said i ordered kuzhimundi with rice and this chap served me alfaham with a kuboos, and no rice. When i said this is not my order he talked to me as if he is giving me free food and later replaced the order.

So sad to say it was once such a nice place .
