Extremely unreliable, unprofessional service with big delays. People try to break the line and get ahead. Waited one hour to cross. Only one ferry operating. One is always down. It’s better to take the regular roads. Shame on you, Kochi Cooperation!! You’re ruining our country‘s reputation in the eyes of the tourists.

Location at fortkochi. Most of the people using this Roro service to go Ernakulam highcourt jn. But the problem is very crowded place with two wheeler and tourist vehicles.
