Years back this was the only place known for Kethel's chicken in Kochi, now it has lost its glory. So a piece of advice for all, if you are visiting this place for Old times sake to relive the tasty Kethel's chicken, THINK TWICE.

The hotel has changed to Calicut Rahmaniya which was Rahmaniya only earlier. The restaurant was deserted which was a rare site. Then I asked the guy and he gave some lame excuses that the management has changed, their partners left and started a new one etc etc. But he assured that the taste is the same only. But no.... It was not, it tasted more or less like a normal chicken fry and the ghee rice, it was the worst.

Adding to the misery, they are saying that this is only half portion and they don't have anything left. The time was just 01:00 PM. Their excuse was that there is shortage of spring chicken etc etc. Anyway, I wont step there again to refresh the taste of KETHEL's.
