The staffs are very polite and front desk team are always ready to help. I appreciate their efforts to make our stay happy and memorable. Delicious food with different Cuisines by chef and kitchen team. Various activities to spend with our family

Good hotel for short stay with family. Staff are very cooperative and polite. Easily accessible from railway station. They allow 24 hours check out. Resturant available in the down floor, serves good food. Local delicacy hotel available nearby for lunch. Rooms we took are spacious and fine for family. They arranged taxi for local needs. Overall recommended

I need to write this.
I stayed in Malabar more than 3 months. I have given more than 3 lakh business to hotel approx.
In my last visit one of the managers Behaviour with me is soo weird and rude.
He is arguing like a road side beggar. even though I am trying to explain something, he is shouting like a street dog.
when I shouted back, then he controlled his voice. Later he asked apologies.
What I mean to say here is, first these people should learn Listening skills.
Need to know customer Handling skills.
The loyalty I have maintained on them about 90days just vanished.
I don't recommend, any individual to opt this hotel.
there are many better hotels in kannur, who respects customer.
