Being located right on the side of the road that bypasses the Nadal route to Kannur, while looking directly at the Nadal railway gate in front of it, it is very convenient for people travelling to and from Kannur, especially those making their way to or from Kannur Airport. However, as there is a fair amount of traffic, and infrastructure construction works further along this road in either direction, it can be dusty and noisy for those seeking to get away from the hectic pace of life that is fast becoming a reality in this part of Kerala. The restaurant is nice, and while some items may be pricey, that can be put down to the luxurious service that this hotel provides. This Kannur Surya Residency location is prominent and easily visible, and there is nothing like it nearby, making it a unique experience you will want to temporarily break your journey to experience, at the very least.

I had been with my family for lunch.
Firstly the Hotel was very mother friendly.when having babies we actually don't get much time to eat but this hotel offered me a cradle so i had placed my baby in cradle and spent nearly a hour and had the food which gave me more comfort.
Secondly the hotel was maintained clean and food quality was superb and taste was delicious.The Staff did a excellent job.

I had lunch with my two colleagues from here and the behaviour of staffs are good.The hotel was maintained clean and food quality was superb and taste was delicious.The Staff did a excellent job. Located in the mail highway only. Also i had snacks with tea while coming back from kannur and it was also good.
