I am a regular customer. They dont compromise their quality. They have all sorts of puffs and they often introduce new dishes. Like rn theyve got chicken strudel which is a savoury dish, masala bun, butter bun, beef rolls which isnt that common. Their pastries are homemade and they offer customised pastries, doughnuts. Now theyve even started homemade ari pathiri,idiyappam, kizhiporotta, biriyani, chicken roast, beef roast, beef fry. Except the biriyani everything else is good. But biriyani is just the typical kerala biriyani. Chicken is a bit overcooked and dry, rice is unevenly seasoned. Other than that its a verygood bakery with great potential.
Prices are great too.

Edit- theyve got fresh sweets like boli, halwa etc.
Vegetarian and non veg breakfast(appam, masala dosa, porotta etc)

One of the best bakery in chavara. Visited there today with my colleagues.clean and neat place but little congested . You can find variety of snacks and sweets there. Well behaved staff chechimar.overall good.
