Worst experience at the hotel. Such a big hotel not having card payment facility and even the manager is not having courtesy to inform before taking the order.
Initially they told not to sit here as there is no supply later they said sit again and finally the service was done post multiple reminders
We trust these hotels having good service and facility. Unfortunately the basic services are missing.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.We were really happy .Thank you
