This pg has all the amenities that students need, such as: clean home cooked food , hot water, RO drinking water, hygiene, right atmosphere for students to study, serene building, friendly neighborhood, helpers and last but important transperacy in owner- who is friendly and genuie with her actions.
I genuinely suggest this pg, after running around for then 6years for right stay, I got one that is perfect.
After seeing students feedbacks and seeing it myself everyday snicec 2years, certainly can say best out of all that I have seen.

Best pg with all amenities and most important secure enough for a comfortable living. Students and working women's can consider this PG without second thought, which also offers you the best location.
Best PG for whomsoever opting for homely atmosphere and quality food, prime location for students n working women. Stayed for 5.5yrs the best ambience.

very affordable and good in all facilities like spacious rooms, hygiene, healthy food, management, etc. I think this is the best PG I have ever lived in.
Specially owner mam (Mss.latha ) she is very supportive and helpful.

You must be seeing good ratings and reviews(it is all fake!!!!!), but let me tell you the 2022 scenario,
One of the worst ever pg you could ever find in the locality because for these reasons, this is not just
one person's opinion.

1. Owner might show you one sophisticated room while you visit and promise to give you that but when you shift you'll get a place where the pigs refuse to stay.
2. Forget hot water, you will not get normal water (not even to flush)
3. Food is not prepared sufficiently it gets over by 30mins.
No security, no wifi, and no even basic facility.

And the worst

4. The pg owner is the most uncivilized person you will ever come across in your life. She asked a girl who informed her decision to move out by mid of month to do so immediately, the moment someone comes in (as if someone wishes to live there).
She twists her words when you join you will have to pay day-wise but when you vacate they will make you pay for the whole month. And she behaved so rogue and caused havoc unnecessarily.
Do not stay even if you don't have any place.

Trust me you will get out and wouldn't worry about the pending money.

If there was option to provide 0 or minus i would have preferred to give as less as possible.
She is least responsible towards the genuine problem, very rude nd bossy.
Money minded, money digger.
Since 7 months she was fooling me to that she will refund the money.
Whenever i used ask she was bringing her new rules which was not even mentioned before joining.
She acts according to her wish when it comes to taking or giving money.
No humanity at all .
Very worst experience.
When legally questioned she just cuts the call.
