My recent stay at a certain hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I encounter unhelpful staff, a noisy AC, and unclean linens, but the absence of hot water and a broken toilet took my dissatisfaction to new heights. Allow me to shed light on these additional issues that plagued my stay.

To my disbelief, there was no hot water available throughout my entire stay. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when attempting to take a refreshing shower or simply wash my hands. Despite reporting the issue to the staff, no efforts were made to resolve the problem promptly. This lack of basic amenities was utterly unacceptable and showcased the hotel's lack of attention to guest comfort.

As if the lack of hot water wasn't enough, I was also confronted with a broken toilet. The flushing mechanism was dysfunctional, causing repeated inconvenience and discomfort. Having to deal with a malfunctioning toilet during my stay was not only unhygienic but also an unpleasant reminder of the hotel's neglect of maintenance and guest satisfaction.

These additional issues only served to compound my disappointment with this hotel. The lack of hot water and a broken toilet further exemplified their disregard for providing a satisfactory guest experience. It is truly disheartening to encounter such problems, which are fundamental necessities when staying at any accommodation.

In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by a multitude of problems, including unhelpful staff, a noisy AC, unclean linens, and the absence of hot water along with a broken toilet. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment, as their blatant disregard for basic amenities and maintenance renders it unsuitable for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I recently stayed at the Hotel MSR International maysore, and I was very disappointed. The room was dirty and unkempt, and the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional.

When I first checked into the hotel, the room was already dirty. The sheets were stained, the carpet was dusty, and the bathroom was filthy. I called the front desk to complain, but they didn't seem to care. They just said that they would send someone up to clean the room, but no one ever came.

I tried to get help from the staff on several occasions, but they were always too busy or didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. One time, I asked for a new towel, and the staff member just gave me a dirty one. Another time, I asked for bad odour in room, and the staff member didn't even respond.

Overall, I had a very negative experience at the Hotel MSR International. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was promised of buffet breakfast which I confirmed during room booking. They served a plate of Idli and said they have uppittu other than this. When spoke to management they say this is what we serve and as number of guests are less we didn't prepare much items(which is not my concern).
Towels and bedsheets are not clean. Restaurant food is the only good thing during my stay, but as soon as the food is served waiter handover the bill and ask to pay immediately.
I would not recommend anyone to choose this hotel for stay as there are better hotels with same price and better service in Mysuru.
I am giving 2 stars just for the restaurant food.
