This location and the staff is a black dot to this big brand. I saw the staff putting the fallen murukku on the floor back to the tray. When questioned, he didn’t accept it.
I highly doubt the quality and hygiene of this particular store, as it totally depends on the mentality of the staff.
These kind of staffs can spoil the whole reputation of the brand.
The cashier was equally rude and not accepting their mistakes.
I will never visit this shop again though I am a very regular customer of Mahalakshmi Sweets.

Good customer service, I've taken some sweets but don't ever take special badhusha it's like just having dry sugar syrup i didn't expect this quality from Mahalakshmi sweets, But other than that kaju katli, Dharwad peda, and motichur ladoo is value for money tastes really good

I would say they are cheaters. Costliest sweets store with pathetic service and products. When order online be careful since they will send what they want not what you have order. I have ordered Malai Gajara but they sent orange sandwich because they wanted this to get delivered. When you call them they will laugh and make fun. Really inhuman behaviour, cheaters
