Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed and bathroom are clean, but the walls need to be painted urgently, because they are very dirty. The floor could also be cleaned better and the furniture dusted. Lamps can be replaced because most do not work.
You can sit in the shade on the roof terrace.
The location is very good, not much trouble with noise and still close to the city.

If you are searching for a good residency . You will have better options because cost is relatively high compare to other residency and room is not satisfied and do check, is there any bed bugs because we found and totally unsatisfied.

Bad room service, bad housekeeping, MMT charged 3 times more than direct booking. Better to book by direct contact.
Good: Location is heart of city near to palace, zoo, church, Bus station, mall, shopping.
