Located in a prime locality.Poor infrastructure. Rest rooms are the worst maintained. Only flooring has changed since my last visit in 1998. The hall is given for small gatherings. Unfortunately, basic amenities like taps, bathrooms, toilets missing. Existing one or two restroo.s are in bad shape.
