Reasonable price, good maintenance, great location-market area, lots of food joints/restaurants nearby, purple haze right across the street, good connectivity(bus stop nearby)- parking available. Good ventilation, bathrooms are in very good condition.

Bruh you have to pay too much for too little here. Stayed here for a year and a half, no hot water, no generators, they almost NEVER turn the lift on.
Only upside is the location.

There's nothing here. It's just a huge complex under renovation at present. It was a PG before
