OYO 9904 Vyshakh Hotel

I booked a room online and made the payment. When I reached the hotel along with my family in the night, they refused to give me a room as the contract between the hotel management and oyo had ended up. I was virtually on the roads. No one was taking responsibility, I called several people including the customer care. I was not able to get my money back. I don't recommend any to book this hotel online, in particular through Oyo.

Very rude behaviour of receptionist, denied the paid booking made through oyo app. The receptionist said they are no more an oyo property. Guys n gals pls dnt book this hotel from oyo . First of all it is very difficult to search the hotel and after that u get to listen this from the receptionist. Though it is a budget hotel dnt fall in a trap.
