How is this place still open? With such abysmal service?
My experience: Power was not there. The hotel reception guy did not switch on generator saying it would be a "waste" to switch it on for just one booking. He then denied check-in to us and was very rude. Almost threw our ID cards denying us the room. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
PS: OYO provided us a full refund for the issue, but the hotel is an experience better avoided.

Most awful experience ever. Even after taking booking 14 days ago online, the hotel manager refused to accept any online booking and then whenever I started talking to him, he refused to talk in Hindi or English which he was doing fluently minutes ago. Then he refused to talk to the online booking service and asked me to pay twice the charge for a single room. It was 12 am and I had no where to go, so ultimately, i had to pay. If was I wasn't so tired already, I would have called the police. These people are vandals.

Stayed here for 2 days. They blamed us for the broken glass shelf which might have happened in our absence. And promised us free WiFi connectivity and Complimentary breakfast. But didn't even ask us for water. And when we asked the reception, they are like we dont serve water and all. One room the TV wasn't functioning, one room the AC wasn't functioning.
