It's a 3 story building (no lift) in a residential neighborhood. They gave me one room in a 2 bed room apartment with kitchen and hall. The bedding was a little old, towels were ok. Bathroom is clean but shower head was unusable(narrow trickles spraying all over the place). Kitchen is big. They bring breakfast to order from outside hotel.

The location is in a residential area and opposite a park. Public transport is not available nearby. This is a 2bhk apartment in which both rooms are rented out . Hence if you have large family needing 2 bedrooms , the entire house can be used which makes it value for money. Also recommended for longer stays more than a week as kitchen can be utilized . There are no lifts and it can difficult for seniors to get to second floor. The service levels were mixed. There are no food joints in vicinity . If looking for local street food, head to vijayanagar water tank where numerous food vendors are present .

Loved this place. They have free breakfast and very near and clean rooms. Situated in Gokulam, 3 to 6 kms from most of the tourist attractions in Mysore and 6kms from the railway station. Stayed for two days. Enjoyed the stay really well.
