Lovely place to stay. Lake is like part of our homestay just 50m. Clean place TV,AC etc. We took the whole second floor. 4 rooms.

I stayed here for two weeks and my stay was very comfortable. The hotel is owned by a very nice gentleman who is present in the hotel most of the time and does everything to make your stay a great one. The rooms are clean, though a bit small, completely fine for a single person. Every room has AC, TV, wardrobe and a table and chair. The queen size bed is on the stiffer side and very good for extended stays unlike the soft mattresses which give you a backache after 2 days. The hotel has good WiFi connectivity, simply enter the password and start using, no sign up or data caps, the speed at 30mbps is good enough for streaming. The bathrooms are also sufficiently sized, with a western toilet and gyser.

The hotel is located in a residential area which is still not populated fully and the surroundings are green, clean and calm. The Hebbal lake is a one minute walk from the hotel and is a nice place for a morning or evening walk. South Indian breakfast, lunch and dinner is available, and if you want something else, swiggy and zomato deliver here from all the restaurants in Mysore.

If you are travelling to Hebbal Industrial Area and looking for a budget stay definitely give this place a try.
