The rooms need renovation and has water damage. Restrooms weren't maintained well.
No hot water, just warm water available in the morning. Hotel staff behavior wasn't good.

Major red flag is not providing sufficient time for checkout even during off season.

Had to choose this hotel as a last resort during to late night check-in.

We've been into Mysore trip last week i.e., in May 2023 & took this Hotel for 1 Night. They charged us 2800₹ for Mini AC Room with Extra Bed. We, A typical Indian 4 Membered Family lodged into this Hotel.
The Charge is a bit more than Premium I feel for the Accomodation, Room and for their Service.
They've provided Hot water in a decent manner but we've to wait for much time to use Hot water. AC, TV & Bed was Okay to use. They claimed that May is typically the Costliest & Busiest season in Mysore and due to that, there are no Rooms & Vacant rooms are also very costly. I strictly prefer Advance Booking to reduce the Charges. On a whole, the Hotel is pretty nice and decent experience if the price for that sized AC Room would be around 2K - 2200.
It's a good experience with the Staff & Manager, they're talking Kannada, Telugu, English and Hindi also.
As this Hotel is very nearby to Railway Station & City Bus Stand of Mysuru, it's a good option to stay in as it is very Calm and Composed.
