The residency is fine and clean.
Rooms are okay.
Have amenities like TV, desk landline, WiFi, Bath towel and soap, drinking water.
The cost for single person non AC room is 1300/- and two people is 1500/- which I felt is a bit high.
Have bar at ground floor and lot of hotels/restaurant nearby to have food.

Very good value for money pocket friendly hotel for night stay. Has 24 hours hot water. Calm and quiet place. Mr Madhusudhan Manager is very customer friendly. Location also too good for a decent stay

Smell of cigarette was strong as there was a bar above. Bedsheets were rough. They didn't provide handwash in the toilet. Also they charged for tea and coffee even though breakfast was included.
