I needed to find good salads with some protein.

I have only tried the Asian Tofu salad at Greendays twice as yet. I liked it.

The first time all the veggies, incl. the broccoli, were raw. The second time around they had boiled the broccoli and lightly sauteed the tofu I think. But it was tasty, esp with the added peanuts providing the crunch and with the presence of sesame seeds.

The portion is more or less filling - depends on how hungry you are!

The selection of greens could be a little more varied, I thought, but I was glad to get some fresh-looking lettuce.

Nice interior and often some relaxing (jazz) music playing. Worth a visit, esp in off peak hours, as seating could get tight.

If you want to eat healthy and clean, you should not miss this beautiful salad cafe. The ingredients were super fresh. We ordered honey garlic chicken salad and shawarma bowl and both were healthy and tasty. Pink moon and cocoa banana smoothies were soothing and refreshing. Don't miss to visit this peaceful and cozy cafe atleast once.

A great place for those looking for healthy food option in mysore which leaves you really satisfied and full.
The place to begin with was very cute and minimalistic and had a boho theme going on. The food was amazing! Like for healthy raw salads to be this tasty should be illegal
When we first got the bowl, we were like how can we finish so much but after 2 seconds we couldn't stop eating it.
We tried :
1. Mexican veg salad
2. Peri peri chicken salad
3. Mango banana smoothie
4. Pineapple mint smoothie
The smoothies were sugar less and tasted really good. The proportion of it was perfect for a single person's consumption.
