The hotel is very well appointed and the location is ideal for people who want to take city tours. Views aren't great from the rooms but gets compensated by what the hotel offers.

Rooms are tastefully done and are spic ! Folks at the reception were very polite and helpful. Restaurant is well planned and spacious. Kati rolls are a must try, loved it. Local delicacies weren't upto the mark and can surely improve.

A good place for families and doubles up as a business hotel....

PS - the entire hotel is non-smoking. So smokers, be prepared to walk a bit (or take a walk ????)

I stayed here for a couple weeks, and the staff was always willing to help and make sure that everything was good with me from the start to the very end. Breakfast was great, had a lot of variety for different types of foods. Lunch and dinner was amazing especially their pizza and their chicken nuggets and fries were the best. The pool had a nice temperature and as it gets later in the day the pool looks nicer with the lights. Gym was small but had everything you need to maintain your workout routine. The massage was also good highly recommend getting one while at your stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel. If you are staying for a short period of time or for a long time the staff will always be there for you, I highly recommend staying here while you visit Mysore.

Hotel staff was well behaved, professional, co-operative, friendly and we got nice experience at this hotel. (Dinner menu was not that great )compared to the price of the dinner. Breakfast was good. Parking a car was so smooth that staff Location is good, it's on the Main road. Definitely recommended.
