Hopeless people who don’t know the meaning of service
Like a previous review will mention they expect the guest to call or provide mobile number despite having booked from agoda.
The person called me and blames you indicating that our booking has caused them problem and mentions that their service hasn’t even started unaware that the moment the property is booked their service begins.
Family of 4 travelling with a toddler have been completely let down.
Completely avoidable.

Needs improvement. Crockery items are really bad. Ac doesn’t work sometimes. But flat is quite spacious. Overall it’s fine.
