Good property, nice room, and lovely surroundings. lots of activities for kids. Many activities are chargeable, but rates not specified.
Poor service. lackadaisical staff
Food service prioritize for a la carte guests than those with package.
They call at 10.30 asking to check out and then don't pick up luggage for an hour!
Overall nice stay, just coz of the weather and ambience

Location is inside an industrial place so very lonely and boring.
Staff very friendly and help for any questions and needs.
Food is average and food options are very limited.

The folks in reception have very little knowledge about sight seeing and distances and i relied on Google. It will help if staff are knowledgeable about tourism options.

On the whole, not a repeat place.

Property is well maintained and we had a great stay because of courteous staff and their service. They serve a sumptuous buffet for breakfast and dinner. Only drawback is the location that is in midst of an industrial estate surrounded by factories.
