It should definitely get a Negetive rating owner is careless. I had hired a i20 for 3 days and the car was nothing but a unmaintained piece of junk. Other than that the owner was so careless that he had given car to someone else when my booking was there and I had got the car at 1.30 night when I was to take the car at 8:30 itself. The people in the review with 5 staf rating are not genuine please ignore.Rather go to other self drive service please i request anyone seeing this DO NOT TAKE CARS FROM HERE. You will regret this for sure.

Why doesn't this service don't have zero rating, the only reason I gave one star is to write a bad review and to share my experience with all of you. Starting from customer reciving to car condition, everything is flop for me, this haven't even reached my basic expectations. I was deeply disappointed by the services. I strongly suggest you all to please find some other service, for your better experience. Please never try this!!!!

We had a very bad experience and water coming from ac into car and front seat foot rest filled with water and interiors was soo bad and dirty and we touch something it will brk that was the condition of the car .There was no music system and its completely in a poor condition .There is no charging slot working .Its so hard for us for the whole journey with that car .our whole trip got spoiled with that car
