Recently used this service for our trip to Mysore,Coorg, Ooty. Driver details were not shared in advance. I had to give multiple reminders for the same. Driver was not having information about my itinerary and sight seeing package. Communicating with him was a problem since he could not communicate in Hindi or English. At the time of booking , list of sightseeing locations was shared by them but actually they were not much interested in showing or guiding properly during the trip. Excuses like traffic, parking problem were constantly mentioned.i had to spk to them frequently for reminding what all was covered in my package. Overall experience was Not Professional, Not tourist friendly.
