Front Office Manager Mr. Clement & his Front office team are very courteous & Professional in making our stay very pleasant & comfortable with good Hospitality & Swimming pool is highlight of the Star Hotel. Hk Staff are also very helpful in their services. They do have Spa paid services also. Definately I would recommend this hotel to all visitors.

Food was amazing and ambience was wonderful. We had cocktails that were out of this world and the food was to die for. Service service was not good especially marked by our personal service from manager. This was our first trip to the restaurant, but will not be our last. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Very nice service. We stayed in a suite which was fantastic. Great interiors, suite was so spacious with all modern amenities. Best part was the hot water was so hot and kept coming piping hot for a long time!. The food and service at the hotel restaurant was simply amazing. Front desk people are so nice and friendly. Special thanks and appreciation to hotel manager ( sorry sir not to remember your name but you wore a great blue formal shirt!). Shiva Kumar at front desk gave us a warm send off. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and families all over the world. Great job , keep it up.Alk the staff and management should very proud of what you are providing to us. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.
