I don't know why so low ratings, I found this bank to be perfect, less crowded, the staffs are co operative, they are kind and solve the problem quickly. The security guard is good and the maintenance of the bank is better as compared to any other bank, Cash is mostly available every time at the ATM beside the bank.

They won't do KYC even after an appointment.
Regret to open my 811 account in this bank.

Worst bank ever they charge 29.50 rs for every unsuccessful payments even in 811 account also. I really disappointed for this they nearly charged 150 rs per month. I am going to close my account soon.
