Went to this hotel after extensive search for one night decent accomodation during a weekend trip to Gulbarga. No other hotels were available, so had to settle for this one. There is nothing special about the hotel. Room is large, but no air conditioning. Lighting and ventilation is good because of large windows, but no mosquito nets so you cannot open them in evening. Bathroom is again large, but not properly maintained. Water leaking from the washbasin, shower not working, no heated water. Otherwise it is okay for a one night stay.
No dedicated parking spot for any vehicle. I had to park my car in a vacant spot on a construction site. Also the hotel is in a narrow lane, so movement of car is little problematic.
Location is near the main road. No restaurant available in the hotel.

I had booked from 14th to 15th May and checked in on 14th May @9.30PM. The receptionist forced us to vacate the room on 15th May afternoon. Yes, I agree standard checkin/out times are 12PM to 12PM. but we are forced to vacate, though the room is available,and no one booked the room.Not sure how this is fair. Fortunately, the hotel owner was there at reception listening to our discussion and let us stay till 9.30PM. Apart from this it was a nice stay. The rooms were hygienic.
