I have visited this branch regarding my salary account KYC, firstly
Iam connected with the representatives they were not ready to do my work as my account was present with different branch and account created through online. But they suggested me to once enquiry with the manager.

However, i have connected with the manager He was very harsh the way of tone that he is using unapproachable with the customer. He was asking the questions why you have created the account through online, why don't you visit to the branch directly. If HDFC providing the easy way to create the account through online obviously i will prefer for online as suggested my company there is no questioning on this??

Moreover, for completing my kyc online unfortunately the server was very busy since two days i was trying to complete. keeping the reason i had visited with this branch.

Kindly don't ignore the customers if there account was not with your branch, this is unprofessional.

At last i would like to thank for the lady representative and Mr. Arun kumar for supporting me to help & complete my work.

Staff is very co-ordinative. I did a term insurance with assistance of Sanjeev. Great assistance.

No response from the bank staff when visited to update passbook. Just wasted 20 minutes of my time with no proper response.
