Good service. Good food. But cleanliness is required. The rooms were clean but we spotted a rat in the room and that thing made us forget rest all good things. Except this we didn't face any other issue. Stayed with family and all felt comfortable there.

Very unhappy experience. Nonfunctional fan. No intercom. Very poor service. They said it is superior deluxe room.

The lift was broken and we had to climb three floors up and down during our stay. The night staff at the reception were rude and arrogant.
Rooms size was small. The only good thing is food was good.
