Regret visiting this place.

1. Store reps don't know what's available and what's not available. They either don't know or provide incorrect information.
2. Cash counter reps are very very slow, disorganised and counter productive. They don't allow bags inside and when they bill they just move stuff from one basket to another in a haphazard manner resulting in more work for customer to pack the items in the bags.
3. No returns except for apparel, curtains and one more product type. Had to exchange a malfunctioning extension cord, made me wait in an incorrect queue because returns and exchanges were handled by one counter only (no sign to indicate that).

Quality of products was average. Not great. Only reason for visiting this place was because DMart was too far. After this experience, I am def not coming back.
