The customer service was exceptional.
We were dining in for a late evening meet-up and we had a great time at Crust Factory.
The food was delicious and the presentation was dramatic with the smokeshow by the crew.
Also, they have an in house bartender who prepares amazing mocktails to go with the menu.
Would recommend this place for an all round experience. Kudos team.

While the ambience and decor was great, the food was disappointing. The portion sizes were far too small, especially considering the price. The taste wasn't stellar either, it was a let down, really. The only thing we liked were the mashed potatoes that came with the small rubber like steak.
It's fine for a quick snack i suppose, but it's definitely not filling or worth what you're paying.

Ambience was okayish as no music was available .

Food taste was average only.

1) Paneer manchurian - 3/5
2) Crispy corn - 3/5
3) Nachos - 0/5 (very bad)
Main course
1) Schezwan fried rice - 3.5/5
2) Schezwan noodles - 2.5/5
3) White sause pasta - 4/5(must try)
4) Red sauce pasta - 1/5

Overall I will suggest that the place is not worth considering price, taste and quantity and needs lot of improvement in its taste.
